Easy Hummus Recipe

Forgot to pick up hummus at the grocery store? Need a quick appetizer idea? Make this 10 minute hummus! It is so fresh and so easy! All you need is a blender and a few ingredients to get started.



I made this hummus recipe after trying out a few different ones. I truly love all flavors of hummus, but my favorite is just a fresh, homemade, basic hummus. This hummus is great paired with chopped veggies and pita chips! You can store it in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Recipe

  • 1 15oz can of chickpeas

  • 1/4 cup tahini

  • 1/8 cup olive oil

  • 1 lemon juiced

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin

  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender and serve with your favorite pita chips and raw veggies!

Suggestion: Use this as a spread on a sandwich!
